Golf Life Navigators Expands Business Operations To Arizona And The Carolinas

The innovative company’s automated ProGuide3 questionnaire is the driving force; PGA Professionals Tom Colceri and Tom Plankers to lead sales efforts

Naples, Florida – With a proven, successful online model that is helping avid golfers discover, experience and ultimately secure their ideal golf lifestyle, Golf Life Navigators announced today that it is expanding its business operations beyond Florida to serve three more warm-weather states – Arizona, North Carolina and South Carolina.

PGA Professionals Tom Colceri and Tom Plankers, who each have long-established relationships with golf club communities in their respective states, have joined Golf Life Navigators. Colceri is the new Regional Sales Director in Arizona, and Plankers is the new Sales Representative for the Carolinas.

Golf Life Navigators also has re-engineered its website, providing golfers the opportunity to now complete and submit its proprietary, automated ProGuide3 questionnaire from among golf-heavy areas in the four states. Since the ProGuide3 was automated in August, more than 2,000 golfers have completed the questionnaire – by comparison, only 360 ProGuide3s were completed in calendar year 2016.

The free ProGuide3 offers a less-stressful way to assist with one of life’s most important decisions. In completing the ProGuide3, interested golfers provide answers to critical areas of the search process, including golfing habits, location, budget, real estate, amenities, lifestyle and club culture. Typically, the ProGuide3 can be completed in about 11 minutes.

Once golfers submit their specific criteria, they are immediately best-matched with up to six golf club communities in their state of choice. In 2017, this “eHarmony Meets Zillow for Golf” approach generated more than 7,000 best-matched clubs for those consumers interested in transitioning to private clubs and resorts in Florida.

“Based on demand from consumers and the golf club industry, and the overwhelming success of the automated ProGuide3, we’re excited to begin serving all four of these states that are synonymous with great golf club communities,” says PGA Professional Jason Becker, who founded Golf Life Navigators in the summer of 2014 with PGA Professional Lynn Josephson.

Golf Life Navigators will now help guide the purchase of golf club memberships and golf community homes in approximately 1,000 golf clubs and resort communities in the four states.

The ProGuide3 saves consumers countless hours and money in their search for the ideal golf club community. There is also the distinct potential for lowering attrition rates at clubs, as new members who have utilized the ProGuide3 will have narrowed their pursuit based on their specific criteria.

“With the brutal weather in so many parts of the country, combined with the new tax overhaul that can benefit states with lower or no income taxes,” says Becker, “there is no better time than now for golfers who are looking to transition to parts of the country where the weather is good and the golf offerings are fantastic.”
