The Refresher 72V Oasis™ drop in units for Hauler® utility vehicles are now available
AUGUSTA, Ga. – Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. introduces the new Refresher Oasis and Refresher Drop-In to its Cushman Refresher line of hospitality vehicles. The Refresher Drop-In gives courses the ability to convert any Cushman Hauler utility vehicle into a merchandising vehicle that delivers food, drinks and other merchandise to golfers. The Cushman Refresher Oasis is the only 72-volt electric refreshment vehicle on the market.

Refresher Drop-In
The lightweight, rotomolded design of the new Refresher Drop-In includes built-in handles on all four sides for easy installation and removal from any Cushman Hauler utility vehicle. The Refresher Drop-In utilizes the design of the Hauler’s bed-divider pockets to securely lock it into position, and a durable, hardened exterior protects the unit from damage on the go.
The Drop-In holds 288 12-ounce cans when installed in a Cushman Hauler 800 and 360 cans in a Hauler 1200 or Hauler PRO. Drop-In units for the Hauler 1200 and Hauler PRO feature a small staging counter, giving the operator more workspace for preparing drinks or snacks. Operators will appreciate the standard bin dividers that organize beverages and the small candy trays to keep merchandise dry.
The Drop-In has the same look as the Cushman Refresher hospitality family and is compatible with existing long and short Hauler canopies. Cushman engineered the Drop-In with a drain that is easy to use and clean at the end of a hard day on the course.
Refresher 72V Oasis
The new Refresher Oasis is the only 72-volt electric refreshment vehicle in the industry, and its powerful AC drivetrain enables it to travel up to 50 miles on a single charge. The Refresher Oasis has a highly functional dash that provides a clean, unobstructed line of sight for anyone behind the wheel. The new dash centralizes the control panel that places all essential vehicle controls, from the directional key switch to the horn, within easy reach.
The Refresher Oasis has an impressive 500-can capacity, the most in the industry. With 6.7 cubic feet of merchandising space and four beverage compartments, operators will spend less time restocking and more time selling on the course. A large protective canopy shields operators from the elements.
The new Refresher Oasis can be equipped with an optional IntelliBrake™ system. This patented system encompasses two technologies: a motor brake that automatically slows the vehicle when traveling up or down steep grades, and a parking brake that automatically engages when the vehicle stops. This system also delivers full-time regenerative braking that redirects energy back into the vehicle’s batteries whenever the brakes are applied, recharging the batteries during use and further extending the vehicle’s energy efficiency and range.
