BELLINGHAM, Wash. – SteelFiber graphite iron shafts, designed and manufactured by Aerotech Golf, grabbed top honors this weekend, winning the Women’s Oates Vic Open on the Ladies European Tour and capturing two Top Five money positions at the Waste Management Phoenix Open on the PGA TOUR.
Playing SteelFiber i80 graphite shafts in her irons, the 21-year-old Australian pro who was the Number One ranked amateur golfer in 2014 shot 18-under 279 to win the Women’s Oates Vic Open by a commanding five strokes. In addition, another young Aussie who was also playing SteelFiber i80 shafts scored a share of third-place. Meanwhile on the PGA TOUR, SteelFiber i110 and i95 graphite shafts delivered T3 and T5 finishes respectively at the Waste Management Phoenix Open
