PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (March 6, 2018) – The PGA Learning Center was named “Top 50 Range” in the public category by the Golf Range Association of America (GRAA) for the 17th consecutive year.
The PGA Learning Center is an innovative performance enhancing facility housing expansive full-swing practice stations; several bunkers; spacious pitching and chipping areas; two 7,000-square-foot USGA putting greens; and the “Discover Golf Course,” a three-hole teaching course.
“We’re honored to once again receive this award from the Golf Range Association of America,” says Jimmy Terry, PGA Golf Club General Manager. “Our continued mission is to grow golf through enjoyment and game improvement, and our team has helped us achieve that goal.”
The center is also home to the PGA of America Golf Schools, which presents golfers with an inventive learning experience using PGA Professionals, private and group instruction for adults and juniors, on-course training and course management sessions.
Based in New Canaan, Conn., the GRAA was formed in 1991 and publishes the industry’s leading driving range trade publication, Golf Range Magazine. Honorees were recognized at the 2018 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fla., and are listed on the GRAA website, golfrange.org.
