LAGP Purchases Matrix Assets and Launches New Premium Shaft Business
Los Angeles, Calif. – LA Golf Partners announced today the launch of LA Golf Shafts. Based in Southern California, LA Golf Shafts designs, develops, and manufactures performance-driven and technologically advanced shafts in partnership with some of the top players in the game.
LA Golf Shafts is the new business formed to launch the IP and assets from the business formerly known as Matrix Shafts, which had a reputation for manufacturing some of the best golf shafts on the market.
“LA Golf Partners is excited to have the opportunity to acquire such premium technology and intellectual property and proud to already be servicing some of the top golfers on the PGA Tour,” said Reed Dickens, Chairman of LA Golf Partners.
Chris Nolan, former General Manager of North America for Matrix Shafts will now be the Chief Operating Officer for LA Golf Shafts.

LA Golf Shafts will be launching new product lines this year and continuing to produce Ozik TP, currently used by numerous top-ranked players on the PGA tour.
