Playing SteelFiber HLS880 shaft in his hybrid club, the Missouri-born pro won his first PGA Tour event this weekend at the Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship. Elsewhere, a 22-year-old LPGA rookie from South Korea and this year’s Women’s Australian Open champion scored Top 10 money with a T10 finish at the LPGA Kia Classic, playing SteelFiber J-Series graphite iron shafts; and a seven-time pro tour winner played SteelFiber i95 shafts in his irons for a T7 finish at the Rapiscan Systems Classic on the Champions Tour.
