The 3 nines at Cantigny Golf and the 3 nines at Cardinal Creek on eGull Pay
CARLSBAD, CA, March 26, 2018 – eGull, Inc., developer of the “Uber of Golf” eGull Pay App that allows golf operators to invite golfers to Play and Pay by the Hole™, announces the addition of the three 9 holes courses at Cantigny Golf, in Wheaton, IL as well as the three 9 holes courses at Siren National in Siren, WI and Foss Park GC in North Chicago, IL.
• Cantigny Golf, Wheaton, IL
Cantigny Golf, owned by the Robert R. McCormick Foundation and managed by Kemper Sports, is widely regarded as one of the finest public golf facilities in the Midwest with three 9 hole courses offering differing playing conditions.
The Woodside offers a variety of shots played through the most dense woods on the course. With true risk/reward par 5s, a par 3 of 200 plus yards, another completely surrounded by water the variety of shots needed to master the course force players to almost all the clubs in their bag.
Lakeside is appropriately named with four different lakes that come into play on six different holes. A 320-yard risk/reward Par 4 and 510 yard downhill Par 5 makes this nine-hole course tempting but warning: danger lurks ahead if your shots aren’t accurate!
Hillside may be the shortest of the three nine holes but has some of the toughest holes on the course. The first and ninth holes (Par 4s) demands a tee shot that gets far enough past the trees on the side of the fairway to allow a shot to the green. The 6th green (a double green with Woodside #8) is completely surrounded by water and the two-tiered seventh green is a difficult two-putt if you are on the wrong tier.
“”eGull Pay allows us to capture golfers later in the evening” commented Matt Tullar, PGA Assistant Golf Professional at Cantigny.
• Cardinal Creek Golf Club, Beecher, IL
Cardinal Creek Golf Course is a Semi-Private, 27 hole golf course (The North Course, The South Course, The Center Course)which can be combined in pairs to form three different 18 hole course challenges.
eGull Pay allows golf course operators to invite golfers to play and pay by the hole. Operating eGull Pay is simple: a golfer downloads the free app, makes a request to play a participating golf course and checks-in at the pro-shop. The Pro shop generates a 4 digit code through the eGull Pay software and share it with the player to activate the GPS tracking on their smartphone. Golfers play as many holes as they have time for and when they are done they end the round on the app and their credit card is automatically charged. eGull and the course share in the revenue.
