CRM and powerful email marketing tools will leverage clean guest database to drive bookings
Stowe, VT, April, 16, 2018 – PGA Tour Experiences will use Inntopia’s Marketing Cloud CRM platform to power its automated marketing and drive return visitation.
PGA Tour Experiences is a tour operator that sells golf vacations to some of the nation’s best courses. They also act as a sales and marketing consultancy, helping golf resorts better run their own sales and marketing efforts.
PGA Tour Experiences already uses Inntopia’s Commerce platform to power the booking engine on its own website, on its clients’ websites, and as the Central Reservations System in its call center.
The addition of Marketing Cloud to their toolset will give PGA Tour Experience and its clients the ability to pull guest data from source operational systems, sanitize and household that data, and maintain a central guest database that can be used to power very targeted, very efficient email marketing through the IBM Watson email platform.
