Clubs across the USA are nominated for Prestigious Service Excellence Awards.

With 59club USA’s third annual Service Excellence Awards Ceremony due to take place in Orlando, Florida, later this month, the global leader in Customer Service Excellence has today named the leading Clubs and Resorts across the United States who have made it into their annual nominations list.

Success in these prestigious industry accolades signifies the ultimate benchmark of excellence, realized by a property for their outstanding performance during a series of impartial mystery shopper audits delivered by 59club throughout the year that measure the customer service experience and sales protocol afforded to members and guests.

The awards – sponsored by our Global Partners, alongside our Regional Partners & Supporters; Galvin Green, Golf Bizz Review and Golf Inc – are universally recognized, independent and unbiased. 59club has been serving the global golf industry for over 15 years, as they continue to pioneer specialized analytical tools to advance the customer experience and profitability of the entire club operation and hospitality business – including management, sales, service, operations, retail, spa, golf course, plus hotel and food & beverage.

Leading the independently managed properties and boasting an impressive 5 nominations is Reynolds Lake Oconee, closely followed by We-Ko-Pa Golf Club, who celebrate a double dose of nominations this year.

Meanwhile, Blackhawk Country Club, The Club at Golden Valley, The Old Club and Vanderbilt Country Club proudly fly the independent flag with single nominations apiece.

Success amongst the USA’s leading management companies sees TPC once again taking center stage, contending for 23 award titles across 10 of their affiliate properties, which include TPC Sawgrass (7), TPC Summerlin (3), TPC Boston (2), TPC Potomac (2), TPC Twin Cities (2), TPC Sugarloaf (2), TPC Southwind (2), TPC River Highlands (1), TPC Deere Run (1) and TPC San Antonio (1).

Founders Group International follows with a strong showing, securing 15 nominations across 9 properties, led by TPC Myrtle Beach (3). They are joined by Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club (2), Burning Ridge Golf Club (2), Myrtle Beach National (2), River Hills Golf Club (2), alongside Grande Dunes Golf Club (1), Founders Club at Pawleys Island (1), Wild Wing Plantation (1) and Myrtlewood Golf Club (1).

KemperSports also enjoys an outstanding year, earning 13 nominations across 4 properties, with Desert Willow Golf Resortleading the charge on 9 nominations, complemented by Lake of Isles (2), Royal Melbourne Country Club (1) and The Governors Club (1).

Kohler continues to make waves on the awards stage, collecting 14 nominations across two iconic destinations, as Blackwolf Run (8) and Whistling Straits (6), both featuring prominently across multiple categories.

Meanwhile, Escalante Golf celebrates continued success with 6 nominations, all earned by The River Club, while Cabot Managed Properties secure 6 nominations across 3 properties, including Cascata Golf Club (3), Chariot Run (3) and Serket (1).

Omni Hotels & Resorts also feature strongly this year, securing 7 nominations across 5 of their premier destinations, with Omni PGA Frisco Resort (2) leading the way, alongside Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa (2), Omni La Costa Resort & Spa (1), The Omni Grove Park Inn (1) and Omni Bedford Springs Resort (1) all earning well-deserved recognition.

Landscapes Golf Management records 5 nominations across 4 properties, with The Lexington Golf & Country Club (2), Dakota Dunes Country Club (1), Pinecrest Golf Club (1) and Prairie Green Golf Course (1) all earning well-deserved recognition.

Troon joins the honors list with 2 nominations, earned by Baylands Golf Links (1) and Randolph Dell Urich Golf Course (1).

Rounding out this year’s shortlist, Evergreen Golf Partners are represented with 1 nomination, earned by Blackthorn Club (1).

In addition to the prementioned titles, during the awards ceremony itself, 59club’s renowned industry benchmark – the 59club Bronze, Silver, and Gold Flag Designations – will also be presented to the USA Properties that not only achieved the required standard of service as part of 59club’s mystery shopping program throughout 2025, but also provided excellent facilities for customers to enjoy.
