59club USA brings on Bill Delayo as Director of Business Development and Client Management
North American customer service satisfaction and benchmarking firm 59club USA announced today they have hired Bill Delayo as Director of Business Development and Client Management. Delayo’s responsibilities will include new client development, client retention, client training, technology enhancements and mystery shopper recruitment and training throughout the United States.
Delayo brings more than 25 years of experience in club management and hospitality operations. Most recently, Delayo was President and CEO of Golf Solutions, LLC serving several clients in the golf, real estate and hospitality space. His previous experience included Chief Operating Officer for PGA TOUR Experiences, a strategic partner of the PGA TOUR specializing in luxury golf packages. Prior to his tenure with PGA TOUR Experiences, Delayo was the chief operating officer at two premier properties in Florida, Wildcat Run Country Club and Shadow Wood Country Club. Delayo also worked for the PGA TOUR’s TPC Network and was privileged to be the opening General Manager for two new properties, TPC Louisiana in New Orleans and TPC Treviso Bay in Naples, Florida.
