THE 89TH ANNUAL NATIONAL LEFTHANDED GOLFERS TOURNAMENT IN FORT WORTH ACCEPTING ENTRIES NOW

Entries Accepted Through Sept 1 and Limited to the First 100 Registrants

Fort Worth, Texas – The National Association of Lefthanded Golfers (NALG), an organization dedicated to supporting and promoting lefthanded golfers through events, resources, and community, is currently accepting entries for its 89th Annual National Lefthanded Golfers Tournament October 3-5 at The Golf Club at Champions Circle in Fort Worth, Texas. Only 100 entries are available and the tournament is expected to sell out.

“If you’re a lefthanded golfer, regardless of your skill level, this is the tournament for you,” said Sid Miner, Chairman of the National Association of Lefthanded Golfers. “We all enjoy fantastic golf and friendly competition. And, due to the unique tournament format, all skill levels of golfers are eligible to win some of our fantastic prizes, so come and join us for a few days of fun, camaraderie and competition.”

Players will select one of the following divisions:

  • Championship (6400 +/- yds). All players may opt to compete in the Championship Division
  • Open (5900 +/- yds). All players may opt to compete in the Open Division
  • Senior (5700 +/- yds). Players must be at least age 55 to compete in the Senior Division
  • Masters (5300 +/- yds). Players must be at least age 70 to compete in the Masters Division
  • Grand Masters 4700 +/- yds) Players must be at least age 😯 to compete in the Grand Masters Division
  • Women’s (4700 +/-yds)
  • (TBD yds). Players must have not yet attained age 19 to compete in the Jr. Division

Age requirements as noted above are as of October 2, 2025. All winners will be determined on a “gross” score basis. Entries are being accepted through September 1. For more information or to register for the tournament, please visit us at 2025 Tourney Info.

The $470 per player entry fee includes three rounds of golf including greens fee, cart, range balls, tee gift, tournament awards/prize money, Welcome Reception dinner on Thursday October 2, 2025 and Awards Luncheon on Sunday October 5, 2025. Junior players will play Saturday and Sunday only and entry will include Sunday awards lunch and tee gifts. The Junior entry fee is $ 195.

Discounted hotel reservations are available at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel Golf Club at Champions Circle. Reservations can be made by calling 817.961.0800. Practice rounds can be played on Thursday, October 2, 2025 by contacting The Golf Club at Champions Circle pro shop directly at 817.463.4070.
