KBS Golf Shafts earned a hard fought victory at the 2019 Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, the European Tours first Rolex Series event of the new year. The Irishman has had a rough go at it these last few years, losing his PGA Tour card last year, but found his form this week in Abu Dhabi. The player started fast shooting an opening round 62, tying the course record and never looked back. He also made 11 birdies on the four par-3’s, which is an incredible stat. The winner birdied his final hole to win by one stroke at 18-under-par. The player has a full bag of KBS, using the KBS Tour 130 X in all his irons, and the KBS Tour Custom Series in his wedges.
