Fun new challenge and $$$ awaits with storm on horizon!
SEATTLE – As week seven of our 10-week online golf simulator competition closes and we inch closer to the $10,000 USD grand prize, we’re seeing some fierce competition amongst our participants. This week, Bob Shepard did exceedingly well in our floating green Closest to the Pin event, coming within 2.65 ft of the pin for the $1,000 USD prize. Nearest competitors Rachid and Blyden came in at 4.22, and feet 5.37 feet respectively. Congratulations!
But hold onto your hats! Week eight’s competition features a Closest to the Pin event in a windstorm! We’ve had excellent participation in the tournament to date, and have enjoyed finding new ways to challenge our participants. This stressful event is staged on hole three of Whistling Straits (pictured below), the host venue for the 2021 Ryder Cup. Click the image to hear Luke Elvy commentate the challenge!
