Alex Smith Wins Greg Norman Collection Salesman of The Year For The Second Time

ALEX SMITH WINS GREG NORMAN COLLECTION SALESMAN OF THE YEAR FOR THE SECOND TIME

NEW YORK,  – Golf lifestyle brand Greg Norman Collection, a leading worldwide marketer of technical golf wear for men and women, today announces that Alex Smith, PGA, has been named its 2019 Salesperson of the Year.

Smith, who currently manages company accounts in Upstate New York, was awarded the honor last week at the company’s Summer/Fall 2020 sales meeting in Orlando. Smith is a repeat winner; he was selected as 2018 Salesperson of the Year and was the brand’s 2017 Rookie of the Year.

“Alex came to us as a rookie after spending many years as a golf professional, and he has turned into one of the industry’s finest,” said S. Mike Elliott, Greg Norman Collection’s President – golf.

Smith added, “Being a PGA Professional, who has worked in many facets of the industry, I am very honored and proud to be a part of the Greg Norman Collection sales team.”

Also at the annual event, the company recognized Barrett Taylor, who manages sales in the Los Angeles area, as the company’s 2019 Rookie of the Year. Jim Guerra, GNC’s Northern New Jersey and Metro New York City sales representative, earned the 2019 Star Partner of Customer Service award.
