ONTARIO, CALIF. – Dr. Alison Curdt, PGA, LPGA, Director of Instruction at Wood Ranch Golf Club became the 42nd President of the Southern California PGA during the Section’s Annual Meeting this morning at Santa Ana Country Club.
Curdt, who is a PGA Master Professional, will serve for two years as president and chairman of the board and join her fellow officers, Vice President John Kulow, PGA, of South Hills Country Club, and newly elected Secretary Tom Son, PGA, Arrowood Golf Course. Immediate Past President Eric Lohman, PGA, of Monarch Beach Golf Links, will continue to serve on the board as Honorary President. Curdt becomes the first female President of the Southern California PGA Section.
The Southern California PGA officers will be joined by newly re-elected Board Members Randy Chang, PGA, and Blake Jirges, PGA, as well as Kim Falcone, PGA, Jackie Riegle, PGA, Nikki Prichard, PGA, and chapter representatives Colin Tucker, PGA, (Desert), Ryan Prior, PGA, (Inland Empire), Steve Donar, PGA, (Metro), Grant Strobel, PGA, (San Diego), and Justin Hight, PGA, (Northern). The two Independent Director positions will be held by Reina Kearns, PGA, of North Ranch Country Club, and Mackenzie Mack of Callaway Golf.
