New Altaz Rangefinder with external LCD viewfinder to be Unveiled at PGA Merchandise Show’s Inventor’s Spotlight January 26-29, 2021.
San Jose, California – Altaz USA’s new rangefinder is the first of its kind, with an external flip-out LED screen designed to be held like a digital camcorder. With the consumer’s comfort in mind, its 3” LED screen allows any golfer to easily determine the distance to a target without removing eyeglasses or squinting, unlike most rangefinders on the market. By simply opening the panel and holding up the rangefinder, the user can accurately single out the target and assess distance. For those with an unsteady hand, its image stabilization technology further adds to the convenience and ease of use it delivers to the golfing experience.
Altaz anticipates golfers will quickly adapt to its innovative yet refreshingly simple design, as most consumers are familiar with digital camcorders. Its rainproof, lightweight, and durable engineering make it convenient to travel with and carry on the golf course.
The Altaz Rangefinder is the first product introduced by James Lin and his team at Altaz. It has been shared with pro golfers and coaches and received an excellent response. The PGA Merchandise Show has selected it to be featured in the Inventor’s Spotlight January 26-29, where it will make its first media debut. Currently, it is in the prototype stage and is set to be released for sale in July 2021 with a suggested retail price of $350.
