PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The name “American Fit” may be new to the golf industry, but the company is not. The textile company, Valgroup International, has been around for years and grew by providing full manufacturing services to other brands.
In 2023, the company launched its own American Fit brand to provide a full line of high-quality, high-performance apparel for the golf industry. Designed in America and manufactured in Peru, American Fit made an immediate impact on the golf world. The combination of fashion and function are the key aspects to every garment.
For all of those reasons, American Fit has formed a partnership to become the Official Apparel Sponsor of the award-winning Traveling Golfer television show. American Fit was a very active participant at the recent PGA Show in Orlando.
“The launch of our new line of golf apparel has been very successful,” reports Diego Levantal, president of American Fit. “The activity at our booth at the PGA Show in Orlando was amazing. It was good to see an enthusiastic reception from the golf industry.”
Joe White, the director of marketing for American Fit and a veteran of the golf apparel industry, has been extremely busy spreading the word about the new line of clothing.
“We are pleased to be recognized as the Official Apparel Sponsor of The Traveling Golfer television show,” said White. “This sponsorship means a huge amount of exposure for us as the Traveling Golfer and his crew wind their way across the golf courses of America and entertain their millions of viewers.
“This sponsorship, in particular, broadens the marketing reach and initiatives that American Fit Golf Apparel is undertaking to attract more golf professional club buyers and their members to our authentic brand of premium golf apparel.”
