Jupiter, FL – ARGOLF® is proud to announce three new putters that will join the ARGOLF product line in Spring 2022. Founded in 2010 by two aeronautical industrialists, Olivier Colas and Sébastien Colas, and a golf professional, Emmanuel Carlier, ARGOLF® produces the highest-quality putters, wedges, and irons on the market, milled with expert precision from aeronautical grade materials. Created in the heart of Brittany, in Pleslin-Trigavou, in Côtes d’Armor, the club names are a tribute to this region, home of the legend of King Arthur and his sword, the Excalibur. Legend holds that King Arthur drew the sword from a stone when others could not – that there was a supernatural connection between the sword and the King. Likewise, the putters, wedges, and irons designed by ARGOLF® are made with the same balance, precision, finesse – creating a parallel, supernatural connection for the modern golfer.
Joining the existing collection of finely milled putters are the GALAAD, the LAMORAK, and the TRISTAN. The GALAAD putter (available now) is named for Sir Galahad (one of the three knights chosen by King Arthur to join the quest for the Holy Grail), and adapts itself to the game of a beginner or a professional alike. In addition, the GALAAD’s innovative design, tolerance, and outstanding balance for a blade will allow players attracted by blade-type models but having difficulties using them to play the GALAAD easily. The LAMORAK (available by mid-April 2022) named for one of the strongest, fiercest, and most brutal Knights of the Round Table, is precision-milled from a single block of 304L stainless steel. The roll-control face milling pattern features a diamond/circle groove design to increase forward spin at impact. In addition, the double bend hosel with 15° of toe-up is ideal for reducing torque and twisting during putting stroke. Finally, in honor of Sir Tristan, a champion knight – the TRISTAN putter (also available by mid-April 2022) is precision-milled from a single block of 304L stainless steel. The roll-control face milling pattern features a diamond/circle groove design to increase forward spin at impact.
“We’re thrilled to usher in a new generation of putters and expand ARGOLF® ‘s collection. Every golfer who chooses an ARGOLF® putter chooses a legend, and we’re thrilled to bring forth the most technologically advanced putters on the market while remaining rooted in the tradition – delivering the highest level of customization and excellence to golfers around the world,” said ARGOLF® Founder, Olivier Colas.
Like all putters in the ARGOLF® collection, the GALAAD, the LAMORAK, and the TRISTAN are milled in the historic region of Brittany, France, and hand-assembled at ARGOLF® USA’s headquarters and state-of-the-art putting lab located in Jupiter, Florida. In addition, custom fittings are available to offer golfers a finish of unparalleled quality. For golfers looking for a higher level of customization, options include adding an ARGOLF® Pro-Stepped Putter shaft by KBS, ARGOLF® Deep Etched Putter Grip by Lamkin, European Matte non-glare finish, custom etching and engraving, and a headcover.
