Jupiter, FL – ARGOLF® is proud to announce four new putters to join the collection this season, including the LAMORAK, TRISTAN, GALAAD, and MORGANE 2.0. Milled from a single block of aeronautical grade materials in the heart of Brittany, France, each of the club names is a tribute to this region, home of the legend of King Arthur and his sword. Legend holds that King Arthur drew the sword from a stone when others could not – that there was a supernatural connection between the sword and the King. Likewise, the putters, wedges, and irons designed by ARGOLF® are made with the same balance, precision, and finesse – creating a supernatural connection between our putters and today’s golfer.
Joining the existing collection of finely milled putters are the GALAAD, the LAMORAK, the TRISTAN, and the MORGANE 2.0. The GALAAD putter, named for Sir Galahad (one of the three knights chosen by King Arthur to join the quest for the Holy Grail), adapts itself to the game of a beginner or a professional. In addition, the GALAAD’s innovative design, tolerance, and outstanding balance for a blade will allow players attracted by blade-type models but having difficulties using them to play the GALAAD easily. The LAMORAK, named for one of the strongest, fiercest, and most brutal Knights of the Round Table, is precision-milled from a single block of 304L stainless steel. The roll-control face milling pattern features a diamond/circle groove design to increase forward spin at impact. In addition, the double bend hosel with 15° of toe-up is ideal for reducing torque and twisting during the putting stroke. Finally, in honor of Sir Tristan, a champion knight – the TRISTAN putter is precision-milled from a single block of 304L stainless steel. The roll-control face milling pattern features a diamond/circle groove design to increase forward spin at impact. The MORGANE 2.0 has been redesigned from the original MORGANE putter for better accuracy and feel. Named for the kind sorceress known to protect King Arthur, the MORGANE 2.0 sports a slightly heavier feel, weight distribution, and smaller dispersion on missed hits for a more consistent roll pattern.
