ROGERS, Ark. Unknown Golf today announced the launch of Ask Unknown Ai, an AI-powered assistant now available directly within the Help page of the Unknown Golf platform. Club professionals, tournament chairs, group leaders and players can ask questions in their own words and receive immediate, step-by-step guidance.
Tournament and league administration can involve significant operational complexity, from multi-round formats, flights and team creation to match play, handicap settings, side game payouts and roster management. Historically, answering a single setup question could mean searching for documentation or contacting support and waiting for a response, often at night or on a weekend when much of this work actually gets done.
Ask Unknown Ai removes that wait.
For example, a professional can ask, “How can I set up a five-round round-robin match play event?” and receive detailed instructions for building the event, creating the appropriate leaderboards and teams, and assigning round-robin matches across all five rounds — in seconds and without leaving the platform.
Every response ends with one simple question: Did that answer it?
If the answer resolved the issue, the user can immediately move on. If it did not, one tap sends the original question and Ask Unknown Ai’s response directly to the Unknown Golf support team. There is no need to retype the question or explain what has already been tried; a support representative can pick up where the AI left off and follow up by email.

Existing support options remain available on the same Help page, including contact with a club professional, community leadership or Unknown Golf support, as well as access to the Unknown Golf Help Center.
Ask Unknown Ai has been in development and internal testing for months. Its release represents the first broadly available component of a larger Unknown AI initiative, with additional capabilities planned in the months ahead. Future development will extend beyond answering questions to helping users complete administrative work itself — reducing the time and effort required to manage tournaments, leagues and golf communities.
