Callaway Golf announced on Dec. 23 that a three judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit denied a request by The Acushnet Co. to stay a previously-granted permanent injunction to stop sales of infringing Titleist Pro V1 golf balls. The injunction became effective Jan. 1 and reaches Acushnet and those acting together with Acushnet.
