Holt to focus on Executive Search, Board Retreats and Operations Consulting
Toronto, ON – GGA Partners, an international consulting firm and trusted advisor to many of the world’s most successful golf courses, private clubs, resorts, and residential communities, today announced the appointment of Peter Holt as a Director of the firm, effective immediately.
Holt, an award-winning private club executive with over four decades of leadership experience, joins the firm to further strengthen its executive search and operational consulting practices. Leveraging his deep industry knowledge, Holt will lead the placement of senior leaders, facilitate high-impact board retreats, and advise on strategies that enhance governance, member experience, and overall club performance.
Prior to joining GGA, Holt held GM/COO positions at Oshawa Golf & Country Club, Cutten Golf & Country Club, Weston Golf & Country Club, Hamilton Golf & Country Club and Lambton Golf & Country Club. His leadership skills were recognized by the industry when he was named the Score Golf Manager of the Year in 2013, and the Executive Club Manager, John Furlong Award winner in 2020.
