The survey revealed a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70, placing Awesome firmly in the ‘world-class’ category for customer advocacy. This is made all the more impressive as the business achieved 30% growth over 2025 – primarily driven by home users across the United States – whilst still maintaining strong customer loyalty.
The Net Promoter Score measures how likely customers are to recommend a company to a friend or colleague. For context, the average NPS across U.S. businesses is 32, while key competitors in the sector average 56, underscoring Awesome’s industry-leading performance. The results also highlighted a high proportion of returning customers, reinforcing the company’s focus on long-term customer relationships even as it scales rapidly.
