Local artisan merchandise, such as custom candles and Balsam logoed pottery, is also available. The concept of the Boarding House Marketplace drew inspiration from businesses like Mazzaro’s in St. Petersburg, The Farmhouse Mercantile and Coffee Bar in Sylva, and Cotuit Fresh Market in Cape Cod.
