OCEAN VIEW, DELAWARE – Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club in Ocean View, Delaware is pleased to welcome Saul Schwartz as the club’s new general manager. As the new general manager, Schwartz will oversee golf operations, food & beverage, agronomy, sales and marketing and maintenance operations for the 27-hole club.
Schwartz has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry including positions as general manager, executive chef, and food and beverage director. Prior to arriving at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, Schwartz served as general manager of The Reserve Club, a private club in Aiken, South Carolina. Before The Reserve Club, Schwartz was the executive chef and food and beverage director at Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, Ariz. Schwartz has also served as executive chef at Westchester Hills Golf Club in White Plains, New York, and at The Muttontown Club in East Norwich, New York.

Schwartz graduated from Johnson & Whales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts. He is a current member of the Club Management Association of America and American Culinary Federation.
