Her expertise spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, casino and private clubs. A certified Society of HR Managers Professional (SHRM-CP) since 2018 and Lumina Learning practitioner since 2023, Ridgeway possesses a deep understanding of how to align talent with an organization’s long-term vision.
