Gray has led Buffalo Groupe’s business development strategy and vision since its inception in 2019. Previously, he served as the company’s Executive Vice President.

Gray joined Buffalo in 2010, leading strategic communications for key accounts at Buffalo Agency (Buffalo Groupe’s predecessor). With the launch of Buffalo Groupe, Gray has played a pivotal leadership role in evolving the company’s reputation, expertise, and partners into new verticals across broader sport real estate, hospitality, fitness and entertainment categories while continuing to expand the presence and expertise in golf. Marquee partnerships include the United States Golf Association, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Youth On Course, Golf Pride, JOOLA and Folds of Honor, to name a few. His particular focus in growing Buffalo’s global presence in the top 100 private clubs and luxury real estate communities includes Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, Country Club of Charleston, Colleton River Club, Colorado Golf Club, McLemore, Mountain Lake, Riviera County Club, Southworth Clubs and Trout National – The Reserve.

Additionally, he is a member of the Golf Writers Association of America, a Golfweek Course Rater and serves multiple sports industry committees.
