CARLSBAD, Calif. — Bushnell Golf, the industry leader in distance-measuring devices and a Revelyst Inc. brand, announces a major update to its free mobile app, which introduces the option to upgrade the app to the “Bushnell Golf Plus” subscription tier designed to help golfers better visualize the course, make more confident decisions, and improve overall performance.
Enhancing the on-course experience through advanced tools that bring greater clarity and precision to every shot, Bushnell Golf Plus includes:
- 3D Virtual Reality View and 3D Hole Flyovers for enhanced course visualization
- GPS distances with slope for more precise yardage
- Approach heat maps to identify optimal landing areas
- Club landing zone overlays to avoid hazards
- Shot tracking with detailed performance insights
These additions build on an already robust foundation of tools available on the app. Free features for all users include front, center, and back distances at 40,000 courses worldwide, shot planning with movable layup points, round and stat tracking, and wireless device updates. The Bushnell Golf Mobile app also features LINK-Enabled technology, which takes data captured through Foresight or Bushnell launch monitors and turns it into personalized club recommendations available in-app or through the display of select Bushnell rangefinders. All users will also have the option to experience a free 9-hole trial of the Bushnell Golf Plus updates.
