New Exec Strengthens Club Operations Expertise
CaddieNow, the Nation’s most trusted caddie programming, has hired operations expert Tommy Joyce as Chief Operating Officer in a move to stay ahead of the fast-growing company’s expanding business. Dave Cavossa, CaddieNow Founder & CEO, announced the executive hire today.
Joyce, a 25-year PGA Member and operational guru, begins working at CaddieNow immediately. He most recently was co-founder and Director of Operations of Evolution|HR, a staffing agency focused on career development.

At CaddieNow, Joyce will direct all caddie and customer operational departments, including caddie service managers, orientations and employee training, caddie services implementation and support, and assist in sales. He brings extensive industry experience, has managed build out for new caddie programs, overseen human resources, and possesses the national go-to-market expertise to ensure CaddieNow’s successful initiatives. He now supervises the existing 4,000 independent contracted caddies, caddie recruitment departments and leads in alignment with the mission, value and strategic framework of the company.

Joyce has developed and cultivated relationships throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas. His years in staffing and recruitment included responsibilities such as implementing human resource management strategies that enabled Evolution|HR to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. He specialized in talent management, staffing, learning and development. He has held the positions of PGA General Manager, Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional and Touring Professional. He received multiple awards as a PGA Professional, including the 2006 Middle Atlantic PGA Professional of the Year. This award meant he met the criteria of overall performance as a PGA Professional, level of service to the sections, leadership and promotion of the game of golf, and the ability to inspire other PGA members. His background and PGA experience will help the company ascend to another level in national dominance as he understands the value of providing exceptional customer service and is dedicated to developing the CaddieNow recruiting and training necessary to provide the ultimate caddie service in the business.
Joyce has been recognized as U.S. Kids Top 50 Master Teacher and inducted into the Roanoke Valley Golf Hall of Fame.
