Saves Time and Improves Member Service When Ordering Callaway Equipment and Merchandise
Wayne, PA,: Golf Genius, a worldwide leader in SaaS solutions for the golf industry, today announced that the latest release of Golf Genius Golf Shop features a direct software integration with Callaway Connect, Callaway Golf’s e-commerce solution that enables retailers to place orders, check order or return status, and monitor accounts securely and easily.
For Golf Shop users, this product integration will both simplify and speed up the ordering of Callaway goods by golf shop staff. Eliminating the need for double entry will reduce errors, and this feature will automatically yield timely shipping notifications, eliminating the need for golf shop staff to periodically check status and make manual updates in Golf Shop.

With this integrated workflow, a golf shop staff member initiates an order in Callaway Connect and adds items to the cart as usual. When the order is placed, it flows to Golf Shop as a new special order with all details automatically populated, triggering an automated email or text message to the golfer confirming that their order has been placed. When the order is later shipped, Callaway Connect passes all shipping information to Golf Shop, automatically updating the order status and triggering a “shipped” alert to the golfer.
