Nationwide college golf camp program connects junior golfers with top 25 coaches
LOS ANGELES, CA – College Golf Experience (CGX), the leading educational golf camp company exclusively endorsed by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA), announces two Top25 DI Exposure Camps will be held at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in Portland, OR on June 8-9. Junior golfers and parents have a unique opportunity to go one-on-one and gain insight from top-ranked coaches about all-things college golf including the recruiting process, course management and strategy, and practice techniques.
The CGX Top25 DI Exposure Camps feature coaches/programs that have been ranked in the top 25 over the past twelve months, “The College Golf Experience Top25 Camp is an ideal opportunity for young golfers to step out of their comfort zones and do some dynamic relationship building with coaches, and other players, they simply couldn’t connect with in any other singular environment,” said University of Arizona Men’s Head Golf Coach Jim Anderson currently ranked No. 9 in the country. “Any player who attends this camp will leave educated on playing and preparing like a college golfer, how to find the right fit in a college golf program, and with a clear idea of what coaches expect from their players. The value is tremendous.”
CGX camps help players and parents understand the path to finding their ideal fit and program through learning about the recruiting pathway, Q & A sessions with parent participation, and college golf practice and tournament rounds that include on-course coach engagement and real-time feedback on their games.
“To see our Top25 Exposure Camps continue to expand nationwide and come to a historic venue hosting numerous amateur championships is very exciting for CGX, and the juniors and families who will be participating,” says CGX Founder and CEO Joshua Jacobs. “In the past, top-ranked junior golfers didn’t have a platform or a necessity to attend camps and bring their golf resumes to life beyond their tournament scores. Bringing juniors and parents together with these coaches to share decades worth of knowledge and experience is creating transformative results and vital connective tissue between junior golf and college golf.”
