Chronogolf Publishes New Whitepaper Entitled 2018 In Review: Is Your Course Up To Par?
This week Chronogolf has released its most recent white paper “2018 In Review: Is Your Course Up To Par?”. The free whitepaper is part of a series the company’s blog will release over the course of December to help golf operators analyze their performance in 2018 and plan for the new year. See the new whitepaper here: https://hubs.ly/H0fMQ0y0
The whitepaper focuses on strategies golf course managers can use to analyze golf course performance from a macro perspective. Yearly performance metrics are broken down along with strategies to measure tee sheet, marketing, and overall performance. The whitepaper also offers planning strategies to utilize collected data and improve revenue for next season.
2018 In Review covers five key points in-depth:
1. What can your customer data tell you about your performance this year?
2. Were your marketing initiatives effective?
3. Getting a full picture with business intelligence and key performance indicators
4. How did your F&B, and pro shop operations perform this year?
5. Making a plan for next year
Author of the white paper, Alex Lavoie said: “It’s important for golf operators to take time and reflect at the end of the year so they can come up with new strategies to boost performance next season.” He added, “we think 2019 In Review is a great resource to help golf operators do exactly that, it provides a lot of key metrics that operators may be over looking while also providing strategies to turn data in added revenue”
The white paper was published December 5th, 2018 and can be found here: https://hubs.ly/H0fMQ0y0
