“We don’t offer deals”, Clarity founder Bill Bales states. “We simply provide the best consulting knowledge, planning and design assistance to any premium simulator customer–zero charge or obligation–and then offer the industry’s finest installation craftsmanship and free lifetime support.”
Bales went on to point out that Clarity is brand agnostic with respect to any and all simulator components, and can provide “any customer anything that exists on planet earth”, fairly priced. “Our installations at $35,000-$40,000 mirror the best systems many pay $50,000-$80,000 for. But we absolutely maintain the highest level of customer support and advocacy throughout the customer lifespan.”
Clarity is rapidly growing an international network of regional simulator integrator dealerships which augment Clarity’s industry knowledge, IP, production resources, and top shelf customer support with well-trained, knowledgeable local installation and service.
Bales acknowledged that many of the sim component companies do run sales. “We take advantage of this for our customers, but it’s not good in our industry. Sale pricing of sim components usually means the normal pricing is a gouge. Other than minor impact from end-of-production projectors and the like, golf sim components seldom deal with matters of overstock or year end closeouts for next year’s fashion.
“Sales are a misplaced concept in our industry.”
