Clarity.Golf Inc., a Waterville, Ohio based indoor golf simulator design, integration, and support company, today issued a leadership update as it prepares for a major year of expansion and industry-facing announcements.
Clarity.Golf co-founder Bill Bales—widely known in the indoor golf and golf simulation world for a decades‑long history of building and advancing golf software and tracking technology—has, over the past year, quietly transitioned his day‑to‑day focus to a separate long‑term personal endeavor. Bales will remain connected to Clarity’s direction and major initiatives, with additional details about his new endeavor to be shared at a later date.
“Clarity was built to bring understanding and advancement to a category that has become both exciting and confusing,” said Bill Bales. “Indoor golf has reached amazing levels and can continue to grow with the right changes. The industry is maturing and the near future will bring the level of knowledge and understanding of its products and participants mature industries possess.”
Founded in 2021, Clarity.Golf’s team draws on deep, practical experience in building custom indoor golf simulators and performance spaces. Clarity provides fully custom, premium simulator projects from concept to completion—including free consulting, design support, sourcing and production of components, buildout coordination, and ongoing updates and customer care.
Clarity.Golf is also accelerating the expansion of “The Clarity Network,” an integrator enablement program designed to help golf simulator integrators grow with training, project assistance, access to Clarity’s knowledge base, dealer pricing on components, and proprietary designs and products.
Effective immediately, Clarity’s operating leadership and industry-facing growth will be carried forward by the Bill Bales’ co‑founders: Wilson Bales and Carson Bales will continue to improve and expand core operations and fulfillment from Clarity’s Waterville headquarters. Dave Bisbee and Eric Kobylinski will lead customer-facing growth, partnerships, knowledge content and service to the golf industry from Clarity’s newly selected base in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Clarity serves the UK and EU from its R&D office in London, and in partnership with Huxley Golf, Britain’s premier homegrown golf industry provider. Clarity will be announcing modest launches later this year for Canada, Oceania, Japan, and Latin America.
This leadership structure supports Clarity’s next phase: scaling its integrator network, supporting commercial facilities and practitioners, and rolling out new initiatives that will be previewed in a series of announcements leading into the 2026 PGA Show in Orlando.
