New Partnership names Clear Golf as Official Golf Ball of Symetra Tour
Official Qualifying Tour of LPGA to partner with ultra-premium golf brand Clear Golf to provide professionals with balls for 2020 season
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. – Clear Golf and the Symetra Tour have officially announced a new partnership for the 2020 season. Professionals competing on the Symetra Tour will be supplied with Clear golf balls on the driving range at each of the Tour’s 20-plus events.
“We are thrilled to partner with Clear Golf and welcome them to the Symetra Tour family,” said Mike Nichols, the Chief Business Officer for the Symetra Tour. “Giving our players the chance to connect with an up-and-coming brand like Clear Golf opens a lot of doors for all parties involved. They also sponsor several Symetra Tour professionals, which gives the relationship even greater meaning.”
Entering its 40th season in 2020, the Symetra Tour prepares the world’s best young female professional golfers for a successful career on the LPGA Tour.
“Clear Golf is incredibly proud to support the flourishing careers of the young women playing on the Symetra Tour,” said Ed Brown, the Chairman of Clear Golf. “We look forward to following the season and assisting in these talented players’ journeys to success. The Clear Golf commitment to excellence and peak performance gets no stronger validation than being trusted to support such a fine tour and its rising stars.”
This announcement comes just one week after major champion Charl Schwartzel announced his new partnership with Clear Golf. The former Masters champion made his season debut with Clear Golf at the South African Open. He will continue representing the Clear Golf brand throughout the 2020 season by using the Clear ball.
“All of the Clear Golf equipment and balls are built to the highest quality standards and with the best materials,” said Symetra Tour professional and Clear Golf ambassador Demi Runas. “It shows in performance. We play on so many different courses and in varying conditions, but I take confidence in knowing that my golf ball will remain consistent. Being part of the Clear Golf team has been an amazing experience across the board for me. I’m excited for the Symetra Tour to partner with such a great company.”
