National Club Association Releases Club Coronavirus Preparedness Primer

National Club Association (NCA) has compiled a Club Coronavirus Preparedness Primer with industry-specific information, sample communications, guidelines, best practices and links to important resources, including:

• Housekeeping and Facility Sanitation
• Anti-Epidemic Member Interactions
• Club Staff

NCA VP of Communications Cindy Vizza was interviewed on March 11 and discussed resources clubs can use to mitigate risk and address member concerns at their clubs. This conversation also included several methods to ensure the club remains a safe space for members and staff.
