RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA – Country Music Star, and Nexbelt Celebrity Golf Tour Ambassador, Colt Ford, rocked his customized Nexbelts at the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions held Jan. 21-24 at the Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club in Lake Buena Vista, Florida and finished 8th on the Celebrity Leaderboard.
The Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions is a women’s professional golf tournament on the LPGA Tour that also features a pro-am and celebrity tournament. Each professional is paired with two celebrities or amateurs in the groupings, and celebrities change per round. A Stableford-based system is used for the celebrities and amateurs.
Colt Ford is a musician and songwriter who combines a story-telling blend of country music and hip-hop rhythms, categorized as country rap. A former professional golfer on the Nationwide Tour (under his given name Jason Brown), Ford has released seven albums via the Average Joes Entertainment label, which he co-founded.
Ford has been wearing Nexbelt at Celebrity Golf Tournaments since 2015. He debuted his customized Colt Ford signature buckle at the American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe, Nevada that same year.
