Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks: Ranked No. 7 in Colorado in Golfweek’s 2010 Best You Can Play, State-by-State rankings.

The Territory Golf and Country Club: Ranks No. 3 on GolfLink’s list of the Best Oklahoma Golf Courses. The Territory is located in southwest Oklahoma, just outside of Duncan.

SouthWood Golf Club: Tallahassee, Fla., course will host the FSU Seminole Intercollegiate, March 12-14.

Pinehurst: Hires the course architectural firm Coore and Crenshaw Inc., to make characteristic changes to the No. 2 course. “It is not our intent to radically change this golf course,” said Bill Coore. “We’re trying to uncover it, not recover it. We’re trying to take what Ross left and perhaps bring it back to the character and definition of what was once here.” The changes will not include the signature green complexes.

Half Moon Bay Golf Links: To host the first Bash of the Bay Pro-Am, July 25-30, featuring a 54-hole tournament format with a $6,000 professional purse. In addition to the three-day tournament, the package includes two days of unlimited golf practice rounds on the Ocean and Old courses, July 25-26.

Longbow Golf Club: To host the American Junior Golf Association’s 12th Winn Grips Heather Farr Classic, April 1-4 in Mesa, Ariz.

The Sanctuary: Continues as a Platinum Club of America club and receives Boardroom Magazine’s Distinguished Club of America Emerald Club Award.

Circling Raven Golf Club: To open on March 26, its earliest opening date ever. “We’ve had temperatures in the 50s and very little moisture since December,” said Tom Davidson, director of golf for the Worley, Idaho, club. “We’re excited to get going and hope golfers take advantage of our bargain shoulder-season rates.”
