FRISCO, Texas – The PGA of America selected Reveal Suits, a local Dallas-Fort Worth Diverse Owned Business, and its Founder and CEO Carlton Dixon for the 2023 PGA of America Community Impact Award.
The award recognizes a diverse owned business which significantly gives back to the local community through programs, initiatives, partnerships and operations within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, which surrounds the new Home of the PGA of America in Frisco, Texas.
Reveal Suits, a minority and Veteran-owned business based in Dallas, was founded in 2018 by Dixon with a mission to make a difference in the lives of young athletes and graduates. Reveal Suits specializes in high-end custom suits and blazers, personalized with officially licensed lining for both men and women.

Reveal Suits has collaborated with local organizations like North Dallas High School, where 300 suits and 200 additional slacks were donated to students to use for professional development initiatives, prom and graduation. Dixon also provided suits for two local high school students when they were selected for the Black Sports Professionals North Texas scholarship.
In addition, Reveal Suits provides local elementary students and their families with FC Dallas tickets, provides blazers for the National Soccer Hall of Fame, which is operated by FC Dallas, and has provided discounted prices to the Hillcrest High School basketball team, among addressing a variety of community needs.
“The Community Impact Award was created to find and recognize people like Carlton Dixon running exciting local companies like Reveal Suits,” said PGA of America President John Lindert, PGA Director of Golf at The Country Club of Lansing in Lansing, Michigan. “Carlton has an inspiring upbringing and has turned a brilliant idea into a fun, successful business that is driven by giving back to the community in a positive manner. In support of Reveal Suits, PGA Board Members are excited to wear PGA-branded blazers. We’re proud and honored to shed a light on Carlton and his ability to make a difference.”
Reveal Suits was recognized by the PGA of America on Wednesday, May 24 at 4 p.m., as part of the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship week. They will also be provided a corporate hospitality and branding experience at the Championship to leverage as a business development opportunity. The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, will serve as the first Major championship and event hosted on the Field’s Ranch East Course at PGA Frisco, May 22-28.
Dixon will have procurement opportunities with the PGA of America for upcoming product needs; VIP hospitality and grounds tickets for the championship; Inside-the-Ropes credentials; a meet-and-greet with PGA of America Executives; and added exposure through the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, such as creating PGA-branded blazers for PGA of America Board Members who will act as starters during the Championship, as they did for the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester.
“Through this special award, we’re able to connect with and spotlight great, diverse owned businesses and individuals like Carlton Dixon of Reveal Suits that are doing impactful things to benefit our local community,” said PGA of America Chief People Officer Sandy Cross. “Carlton is a great example of the caliber of entrepreneurs the PGA loves to get involved with locally, whether that’s in North Texas near our new home in the City of Frisco or the wonderful locations around the country that host our championships each year.”
Raised by a single mother in South Dallas, Dixon learned early-on about the value of hard work and perseverance. After graduating from Dallas Lincoln High School with both National Merit Finalist and Basketball All-American honors, he proceeded to attend the University of Texas at Austin on a full basketball scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications, and has since made it his mission to inspire young men and women to achieve their goals.
“I’ll always be ready to give back, ready to serve,” said Dixon. “To be recognized for something that I’ve prided myself on for so long, being an advocate for giving back, an advocate for community—that’s what makes it special to me. It’s one of the more personal awards for me. As much as we can at Reveal Suits, we try to identify something we can do within our community in the name of the company. I’m certainly excited for the different platform that Reveal Suits will be a part of now after receiving this award from the PGA of America.”
Dixon has enjoyed a successful career as a High School Basketball Coach, then as an Athletic Director, and now as the Founder and CEO of Reveal Suits. In his spare time, Carlton enjoys playing basketball and is the bass guitarist for his church – The Village UMC.
The PGA of America Community Impact Award, in partnership with KitchenAid, was introduced in conjunction with the 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at Harbor Shores Golf Club in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Express Employment Professionals of Southwest Michigan was the first recipient of the award, which was accepted by Co-Owner Afiya Latham.
