How it started.
After a bribe from Daphne, Jane started Daphne’s Headcovers as a fund raiser to buy a 1973 red Volkswagen bug. Her first sale was the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona.
Tiger
From the beginning of his career Tiger Woods has carried Spicer’s iconic tiger headcover “Frank”. In addition to his fame on Tiger’s bag, Nike created a series of commercials (check out Tiger Woods and Frank on You Tube). And a line of clothing whose first introduction sold out in 9 minutes. Charlie, Tiger’s son now carries Daphne’s Headcovers tiger as well.
2026
Daphne’s will be exhibiting at the PGA Merchandise show and unveiling their new designs some of which are a Capybara and a Red Panda. Come and see us to meet the rest of the line.
