Jackie Wooldridge Promoted from Assistant Director of Human Resources
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Jackie Wooldridge, a 10-year employee of Desert Mountain, has been promoted to Director of Talent and Culture. She served as Benefits Manager for seven years before being promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources in 2016.

In her new role, she will partner with DiOrio and the Desert Mountain leadership team to develop and implement a strategic “people plan that supports the company’s goals and objectives,” according to DiOrio. In addition, she will create talent acquisition, succession and training programs for the community’s 750 employees.
A native of Nicaragua, Wooldridge moved to the United States in 1986. She began her career in the hospitality industry in 2008 as Human Resources Manager for Sanctuary Resort & Spa, also located in Scottsdale. Wooldridge and her husband have been married for 32 years and resides in Scottsdale.
