With this partnership, buyers of condominiums at Saravela will have access to a complimentary one-year preview sports membership at TPC Prestancia that includes access to dining, social events to enjoy and meet others and an expansive wellness complex that will provide access to over 20 racquet sport courts, including pickleball and padel, a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, locker rooms, wellness programming — with no initiation or monthly dues during that year. At the conclusion of the free preview sports membership, Saravela owners will have the option to continue with a monthly membership without the cost of an initiation fee, or upgrade to a Golf membership by paying the initiation fee difference between the sports and golf memberships.
The Sports Club at TPC Prestancia, formerly known as the Sarasota Sports Club, is a recent addition to TPC Prestancia’s amenity offerings.
