PALOS VERDES ESTATES, Calif. – The DIO Implant LA Open will feature one of the strongest fields in the tournament’s five-year history when 144 of the world’s best professional golfers converge upon suburban Los Angeles and Palos Verdes Golf Club, March 30-April 2.
Seven of the top-10 and 15 of the top-20 players in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings are committed to the championship, including World No. 1 Lydia Ko, Nelly Korda (2), Jin Young Ko (3), Atthaya Thitikul (4), In Gee Chun (8), Hyo Joo Kim (9), defending champion Nasa Hataoka (10), Lilia Vu (11), Leona Maguire (12), Danielle Kang (13), Ashleigh Buhai (15), Charley Hull (16), Xiyu Lin (17), Jennifer Kupcho (18) and Ayaka Furue (20).
The DIO Implant LA Open also will feature a number of players with Southern California ties, including:
- UCLA alums: Bronte Law, Alison Lee, Ryann O’Toole, Patty Tavatanakit, Mariajo Uribe, Lilia Vu
- USC alums: Jennifer Chang, Allisen Corpuz, Annie Park, Lizette Salas, Jennifer Song, Gabriella Then
- Pepperdine alum: Danielle Kang
The tournament also will feature the return of past champions Moriya Jutanugarn (2018) and defending champion Nasa Hataoka (2022). Marina Alex, who captured the Palos Verdes Championship presented by Bank of America title in 2022, also is entered into the championship.
Previously announced sponsor exemptions competing in the DIO Implant LA Open include LPGA Tour professionals Yaeeun Hong and Soo Bin Joo, as well as Oregon senior Ching-Tzu Chen, who earned an exemption via finishing runner-up at the c collegiate championship in February.

Tickets are on-sale for the 2023 DIO Implant LA Open exclusively online at www.la-open.com/tickets. A variety of ticket packages are available, including two exclusive hospitality options and general admissions tickets offering a wide degree of entertainment and access. New this year, the tournament is now offering a second upgraded hospitality ticket for general spectators located at the Palos Verdes Golf Club Pro-Shop. In addition, all service personnel, including military (active, retired, reserve and veteran), fire, police and EMS and their immediate family (up to four tickets) will receive complimentary admission to the DIO Implant LA Open. To redeem the complimentary admission, please provide proper ID at the main entrance. Children 17 and under will also be admitted free into the tournament with a paid adult.
DIO Implant LA Open Ticket Options: There are currently four ticket options available for spectators interested in attending the DIO Implant LA Open (**Ticket prices below do not include all taxes and fees**):

- Weekly Grounds:
- General admission daily grounds, valid Thursday, March 29 – Sunday, April 2.
- $40 (Valid all days Thursday-Sunday)
- Pro-Shop Patio – 18thGreen Hospitality:
- This new upgraded hospitality ticket offers access to the revamped Palos Verdes Golf Club Pro-Shop located behind the tournament’s 18 Green with access to unlimited drinks. The upgrade also comes with a voucher for food on site. Weekly and Daily Tickets are available throughout competition days (Thursday, March 29 – Sunday, April 2).

Volunteer registration for 2023 DIO Implant LA Open at Palos Verdes Golf Club also is open. Volunteering offers a unique, behind-the-scenes experience of a professional golf event, with positions on 15+ different committees. Volunteer opportunities range from serving as a standard bearer, Marshals, scoring, transportation, and more. Tournament volunteers are asked to be at least 13 years of age, with the registration fee waived for youth volunteers. Registration for the tournament is $55, which includes a polo, hat or visor, food and beverage, and two daily tickets.
