Dmitrii explains how the program’s hands-on structure gave him practical experience across multiple areas of the industry, including teaching, club building, club fitting, and golf course management. Coming in with playing experience but little knowledge of the business side of golf, he credits the program with helping him understand how the industry works and preparing him to step confidently into his first role.
After graduation, Dmitrii began his career as a club fitter and club builder before expanding into coaching. Today, he works with the International Junior Golf Academy, helping young golfers develop their skills and pursue opportunities in collegiate golf. His story highlights how a focused, career-driven education can open doors and create long-term opportunities in the golf world.
