MELBOURNE, Fla. — Jeffrey David Golf, LLC has opened Early Access to Dream Putt for Meta Quest 3 and 3S, bringing greens from more than 100 championship courses into any room.
Players putt with their own putter and a real golf ball. The headset’s passthrough cameras track the ball off the putter face, and then a virtual ball takes over and finishes the putt on the green’s real topography. The Meta Quest version does not require a launch monitor, controllers, or sensors attached to the putter.
Players can practice any putt on any green in the library, load one of more than a thousand drills, recreate more than fifty historic putts, and create mechanics-based or randomized slope and distance practice. Green speed is adjustable to the nearest inch from 4 to 16 on the Stimpmeter.
There are more than ten available training visuals and aids in Dream Putt, which include a slope heatmap with directional arrows, instant slope readings from a pinch gesture, an adjustable putting stroke arc, and an optimal line computed to the player’s preferred capture speed. Every putt is measured from ball speed to launch angle to strokes gained based on a chosen handicap range.
Dream Putt is the work of one person. Jeffrey Mocini, a competitive amateur golfer and entrepreneur in Melbourne, Florida, spent three years building it, and continues to develop it.

Dream Putt is also available for Apple Vision Pro on the App Store. Free demos are included: three sessions a day of up to thirty putts each, no subscription required. Full access to the app is $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, billed through Meta.
