Shallotte, NC – East Coast Golf Management (ECGM), a leading golf course management company in North and South Carolina, announced today that Casey Cook has been appointed as the Director of Retail Operations. Cook, a PGA professional and the 2022 Carolina PGA Merchandiser of the Year, will oversee the purchasing and merchandising of apparel, shoes, clubs, and balls for ECGM managed properties: Rivers Edge, Sea Trail, International Club, and Wachesaw East.
Cook brings over 20 years of experience in the golf industry, having worked his way up from a bag room attendant to a head golf professional. He has a passion for retail and a keen eye for trends and quality. In his new role, he will leverage his expertise to create vending programs that will consolidate and maximize ECGM’s purchasing power, resulting in increased profitability for property ownership and enhanced deals for members and guests.
