ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Elite Grips, a leading manufacturer of golf grips and the top Japanese grip company in Japan, announced today that company advocate and ambassador Jeeno Thitikul earned her ninth career LPGA Tour victory — and second of the season — with her win at the Mizuho Americas Open.

Thitikul continues to prove why she is one of the top players in women’s golf, successfully defending her title at the after another composed performance at Mountain Ridge Country Club in New Jersey. The world No. 2 carried her lead throughout the weekend and held off a strong field to secure back-to-back victories at the event.

According to Elite Grips, we extend our congratulations to Jeeno. She navigated difficult weather conditions and demanding greens throughout the tournament, finishing with a four-shot victory to defend the title she first won in 2025.

Thitikul plays the Star 48 Elite Grips, which feature a newly developed special synthetic rubber engineered to resist twisting while delivering optimal torque balance for enhanced stability and control throughout the swing.

This win at the Mizuho Americas Open follows another remarkable performance from fellow Elite Grips ambassador Arpichaya Yubol, who earned a runner-up finish at the Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba where she shot a 13-under – 275. This marked her best finish of the year and her first tournament competing with the Star 48 Elite Grips.

Standard 48 Star Grip Available in Various Colors

The Elite Grips Standard 48 Star Grip is available in a variety of colors and manufactured using a proprietary elastomer independently developed with advanced material No. NK510. This distinctive synthetic rubber offers exceptional resistance to twisting while delivering ideal torque balance for enhanced performance and feel. Exclusively designed and produced in Japan, the Standard 48 Star Grip reflects the premium craftsmanship and innovation that define Elite Grips.

Elite Grips Are Valued for Their Structure by Both Professional and Amateur Golfers

Elite grips are valued by both professional and amateur golfers for their advanced structural design and performance benefits. The grip tip is engineered with a softer construction to align naturally with shaft movement, while the firmer handle section promotes balanced torque transfer throughout the swing.

The separated top-and-bottom and left-and-right design enhances overall fit and feel, allowing the palm to adhere more closely to the grip for improved handling, stability, and more efficient torque transmission.
