CARLSBAD, Calif. – A 34-year-old Englishman switched to Nippon Shaft products just before the start of the European Open and went on to win the tournament, his first on the DP World Tour.

He shot 13-under par at Green Eagle Golf Courses in Germany with rounds of 68-66-73-72, including three birdies on the back nine of his final round.
