Dixon Golf: Earth golf ball named the official golf ball for the city of El Segundo, CA. In the city’s efforts to go green, it will set up Dixon Golf recycling centers at various area golf courses where used golf balls can be exchanged for credits toward the purchase of new Dixon Golf balls.

Mizuno: Luke Donald extends a long-standing relationship by signing a new multi-year agreement with Japanese manufacturer Mizuno. The contract is Donald’s third with Mizuno.

Nike Golf: Introduces a new hybrid, the Victory Red Hybrids, which the company says “convey beauty, refinement and premium sophistication.” Charl Schwartzel already has won with an 18-degree Nike VR Hybrid in his bag on the European Tour in 2010. Nike has slightly opened the face angle of the hybrid and shifted the center of gravity.
