The new Golf Pro Shop builds on nearly 40 years of Jack Nicklaus-designed golf and two distinctive championship courses, reinforcing Grand Cypress Golf as one of Central Florida’s signature golf experiences.
ORLANDO, Fla. – For nearly four decades, Grand Cypress Golf’s renowned Jack Nicklaus-designed courses have offered golfers traveling to Orlando a rewarding and finely conditioned destination worth relishing — and revisiting — time and again.
That legacy remains firmly intact today at Evermore Orlando Resort, where the Cypress and Links courses continue to deliver two distinct and engaging golf championship experiences while benefiting from continued investment in the golf operation and the extraordinary resort that now surrounds them.
The newest investment is the resort’s new Golf Pro Shop, located only a few steps from Evermore’s signature gathering spaces: The Landing, Twin View Restaurant and the epic eight-acre Evermore Bay. Grand Cypress Golf’s new Pro Shop puts golf prominently within the heart of the resort while efficiently streamlining the golfer’s path to the practice facilities and the first tee.
The Pro Shop also gives golfers more reasons to arrive early and enjoyably linger after a round. A lush, new 3,000-square-foot TifEagle Bermudagrass Practice Putting Green offers a place for pre-round warmups as well as an inviting space for younger players and non-golfers to play putting games or try their golf skills in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.
The shop carries an expanded selection of new apparel, equipment and Grand Cypress Golf merchandise. Golfers may also sign up for clinics and lessons with the resort’s expert PGA teaching professionals to sharpen their game during their stay.
The 7,148-yard, par-72 Cypress Course carries forward the heritage of Grand Cypress, incorporating beloved elements of the original North, South, and East courses. The 6,773-yard, par-72 Links Course offers a completely different experience, with more than 150 pot bunkers, double greens, stone walls and bridges, dramatic contours and winding burns inspired by the great links courses of Scotland.
“We listened to our golfers, and this Pro Shop is the result,” said Jeremy Craft, Director of Golf Operations. “They told us they wanted an easier arrival, a place to warm up and a shop that feels like part of the resort. Now we’re right in the middle of everything — next to The Landing, Twin View, and Evermore Bay. From quicker drop-off and cart pick-up to the new practice putting green and top-tier merchandise, every detail is designed to make the day smoother, whether you’re here for a morning round or organizing a group golf trip with friends.”
An Extraordinary Resort Surrounds the Golf
Since Evermore Orlando Resort opened in 2024, the experience surrounding Grand Cypress Golf has expanded dramatically.
Golfers can stay in Evermore’s four-bedroom Flats, two- to four-bedroom Villas, or five- to 11-bedroom vacation Homes, purpose-built with expansive living spaces, large kitchens, private pools, and plenty of room for groups traveling together.
Conrad Orlando offers another way to experience the destination. The 433-room AAA Five Diamond hotel overlooks Evermore Bay and features five distinct dining experiences, Conrad Kids Club and the Forbes Four-Star Conrad Spa Orlando, while giving guests access to Grand Cypress Golf and the experiences throughout Evermore.
Beyond the Course
Across Evermore and Conrad Orlando, food and beverage has become an important part of the golf experience.
The day doesn’t end on the 18th green. Twin View sits just steps from the new Golf Pro Shop, making it the natural 19th hole before or after a round. With curated menu specials and expedient food and beverage service, golfers can stay on pace between nines or unwind with friends after a round.
Groups can also arrange post-round gatherings and awards receptions at Twin View or the property’s other dining venues. Sophia’s Trattoria, Ceiba and Papaya Club offer even more ways to gather and indulge.
For guests staying in Evermore’s vacation Homes, the experience can also come to them. In-residence dining gives groups the opportunity to congregate around their own table and enjoy the amazing cuisine privately and conveniently.
Beyond golf and dining, Evermore Bay offers eight acres of crystal-clear water surrounded by 20 acres of white-sand beach. Guests can kayak, paddleboard, spend the day in a private cabana, play racquet sports, or enjoy fitness and spa experiences across the destination.
“A visit to Evermore is about getting the most out of every day you spend here,” said Fred Sawyers, Managing Director of Evermore Orlando Resort. “Grand Cypress Golf has an extraordinary legacy, and we are proud to continue investing in an experience that has meant so much to golfers for nearly 40 years.”
Both the Cypress and Links courses are open to resort guests and the public. Resort guests receive preferred rates with extended advance booking windows; public tee times may be booked up to 60 days in advance, based on availability.
